Conveyancing

Our experienced and efficient residential conveyancing team offers a range of services arising out of family breakdown and the administration of estates.

Our team is made up of Belinda Bramhall and Patsy Litt and a Trainee solicitor, currently Szymon Psiuk.

Belinda is a Partner and head of the Residential Conveyancing Team. She qualified as a Solicitor in 1996. She has experience in advising clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing.

Patsy has twelve years’ experience in residential conveyancing. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives; she is highly experienced in matrimonial transfers and probate sales, and has regular conduct of purchases and remortgages. She has is particularly skilled in handling the detailed due diligence required in conveyancing transactions.

As a small team, we have the benefit of external supervision by an SRA regulated solicitor with two decades of senior experience in residential conveyancing.

Family Conveyancing

When relationships break down there is often shared property. We will help you with the transfer of your property between family members following a court order in divorce proceedings or when you reach an agreement between you.
