Conveyancing

Our team is made up of Belinda Bramhall and Patsy Litt and a Trainee solicitor, currently Serena Hayre.

Belinda is a Partner and head of the Residential Conveyancing Team. She qualified as a Solicitor in 1996. She has experience in advising clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing.

Patsy has twelve years of experience in residential conveyancing. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives; she is highly experienced in matrimonial transfers and probate sales, and has regular conduct of purchases and remortgages. She is particularly skilled in handling the detailed due diligence required in conveyancing transactions.

As a small team, we have the benefit of external supervision by an SRA regulated solicitor with two decades of senior experience in residential conveyancing.
